Provincial Budget Office (PBO)

Is mandated to prepare the following:

  • Annual and supplemental budgets of the province study and evaluate budgetary implication of proposed legislation.
  • Assist the SP in reviewing the approved budget of the 10 municipalities and 1 city in the province.
  • Assist in the formulation of the development plan of the province.
  • The office is composed of administrative support services and the Budget preparation and technical review and the budget execution sections.


A prudent, resilient and responsive budget administration.


Provide participatory, transparent and responsive budget administration with efficient workforce ope-rationalizing the development plans of the province.
