As part of the 23rd Kadayawan sa Dabaw Festival, the Davao Regional Tourism Council in cooperation with the Department of Tourism Region XI hosted the biggest tourism assembly in Mindanao, the 4th Mindanao Travel and Tourism Expo (MTTE), held last August 20-22, 2009 at the Davao Convention Center in Davao City.

Seven Falls marks highest visitor arrivals
About 8,000 visitors trooped to the seven falls of Lake Sebu dubbed the provinces summer capital, for the period of August to November 2008.
This was learned in a report from the Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO).

ProTech Center, all set for Kawayan Festival 2009
