To sign up all you need to do is fill up the registration form that is available at the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Sports (ACTS) Promotions Unit or by sending the following details, name, mailing address abroad or elsewhere in the Philippines and e-mail address to acts_ppdo@southcotabato.gov.ph or log on to the provincial government's official website www.southcotabato.gov.ph for more information .
